This is not a signed legal agreement. It describes how Barrel Eye is used until counsel publishes a formal contract.
Accounts and companies
You create a person account first. Work happens inside a company with a marketplace role: customer, vendor, or consultant. Barrel Eye may approve or reject a company.
Projects and payments
A submitted brief can be returned to draft. Proposals may include Barrel Eye commission before a customer sees them. Invoices are tracked after a contract is signed.
Workspace
ClickUp workspace IDs are stored on the project so both sides can open the same tracker.
