   Get set up

   Create an account, verify your email, then create or join a company and choose how it will use Barrel Eye. Barrel Eye reviews the company before it is fully live.

   • Create a company as Customer, Vendor or Consultant

   Brief it

   A customer writes a project, or saves it as a draft first. Barrel Eye reviews the brief, sending it back to draft if it needs work, or approving it so the customer can invite recommended vendors.

   • Customer drafts or submits a project
   • Barrel Eye approves, edits, or returns it to draft

   Match & agree

   The customer invites vendors and consultants. Each invitee responds with a proposal. Barrel Eye adds commission, then both sides sign the contract on the same record.

   Deliver & pay

   Work stays on the same project. Invoices appear under Payments after the contract is signed, and the record stays open through delivery and maintenance.
